Penguinsquid

As with the Turtleduck ([link]) and the Chickenfish ([link]), I can't take credit for this lovely creature. Talk to about that. x_x;

Yes, well, anyway. I finished the frickin' Chickenfish (finally), and informed Skyanne of this. She promptly informed me that my 'next assignment' was a Penguinsquid. Honestly. It's like that girl sits around all day thinking of things for me to do. No worries, Skyanne, it's not like I have a life or anything. :-P

I actually had nothing clever to say about the Penguinsquid. The jokes for the Turtleduck and the Chickenfish just wrote themselves. I was sitting over to 's house drawing this, and I'm thinking, 'geez, what am I going to say about this foolish thing?' And then Darkbite leans over and looks at my linework and says, 'That looks like a kraken.' To which I added 'In a tuxedo.' Then Skyanne and I got to giggling at that, and I think even Darkbite cracked a smile.

I don't know why I keep posting these things, I'm pretty sure Skyanne is the only one who's amused by them, and she gets all the originals, anyway, but oh well.

Oh yeah, and this is the first one I finished before Darkbite, although I still haven't seen his version of the Chickenfish.
