My dad got me this gigantic set of Prismacolor Colored pencils for Christmas, and this is the first time I’ve used them.

This is, obviously, is Spiderman reading a book. In case you don’t know me very well, his choice of reading material is, in fact, my idea of a joke. Granted, it’s not a very good one, but hey. I’m famous for that. I just thought it might be funny if Peter shared my taste in books. In my ref, the book was actually an address book and the panel went more like this:

Peter: “Man, you stink. You do. You entirely stink. On a scale of one to ten -- ten being the stinkiest -- you’re like a fourteen. Is this really Madonna’s phone number?”

I found that unbelievably funny, but, like I said, I have a weird sense of humor.

Anyway, this is done in Prismacolor Colored Pencils (but I already said that).

I do NOT own Peter Parker. I can’t take credit for him, or his story, or even his pose. Wish I could, but I can’t. I believe he belongs to either Stan Lee or Marvel. Not me. Unfortunate as that is.

haha, Madonna's phone number xD Even though I am not into Spiderman, I always approved on his sense of humor

Plus the pose is really good - from personal experience I know how awfully hard it is to draw a proper pose of hand keeping a book... >.<

I've always seen him as a fellow geek, haha. It seems natural that he'd get into Harry Potter. ^_^
