I've been quiet lately - well, actually, it's not shocking. I've been on dA for eight years and I go through phases where I submit. Anyway, point being, I haven't been drawing much lately except in my notebooks in class. (Which is also super common for me - llteaniebeanie.deviantart.com/… - even as a grad student, I haven't broken that habit.) What I have been doing, when I've had the time, is altering Magic: the Gathering cards. I toyed with the idea of making another account just for alters, but I'm kind of attached to this one, and I'd rather just have all my stuff together. So I'm about to flood your inbox with Magic alters. Sorry in advance, but at least it's not as huge a pain as it was back in the day when dA didn't group deviations in your notifications by deviant. I feel old mentioning that. >_>

Haha, I'm kidding. I go through long dry spells where I don't have time to draw, but I always come back and check my deviantart, and I eventually get back to drawing. Usually in the summer, like now. I'm working on some things to put up. In the meantime, I've noticed that my sketchbook has become a graveyard of unfinished projects. I think I'll start uploading some of them. I can scrap them later. You know,assuming I can get my scanner to cooperate.
Deviantart feels a little lonely to me right now, because for a while there, all of my in-real-life friends were on here, but a lot people have gotten bored or forgotten or shut down their accoun

!skyanne990 (https://www.deviantart.com/skyanne990) informs me that I "haven't drawn anything in a really, really long time!" Not entirely inaccurate, I know. I've been slacking. I just haven't felt like drawing, even in spite of skyanne990 (https://www.deviantart.com/skyanne990)'s 'helpful' prompts. >_> But here's her latest scheme, in any case. If I complete this list for her, she has a "really epic gift!" for me. O_o We'll see how that goes. I don't think it's likely since I'll almost definitely not be able to complete 4 or 12 for lack of familiarity with the series. But here's the list, which I may at least attempt over my winter break from school. X)

1. What does your DeviantArt name mean and why did you join this site?
My username, llteaniebeanie, is one I've been using for years. See, when my mom signs up for a website (like here, for example) she uses the screenname LLBeanie (https://www.deviantart.com/llbeanie). It's a cross between LLBean, Beanie Babies, and he first two initials. I guess technically I should be like, mateaniebeanie, but that'd just be silly. ;)
I joined dA after a girl I used to roleplay with, AnsemsReport17 (https://www.deviantart.com/ansemsreport17) , showed it to me.

~Phat-Cow (https://www.deviantart.com/phat-cow) started doing one of these a little while ago, and she's asked me to a couple times, so here you go. Dunno if I'll ever actually finish it, but I guess it's worth a shot.
I have no idea what the rules are on this. Like, can I use deviations I've already got up? Can I use one picture for two challenges? I don't know. Guess the point is to get me to draw, so I won't cheat. ^^;

It has been a while since I've seen you around, but yes I remember your work from quite a ways back, even when dA wasn't grouping notifications. XD It's all right though upload as much as you want. I've never really played or known much about the Magic card game, but I know it's pretty popular and cool in it's own way, I'll be sure to check some of your work out.
